add event with time

in the month view we find the following to add an event based on the date:
ccm-calendar-cell-date="<?php echo $calMonth . '/' . sprintf('%02d', $i) . '/' . $calYear?>">
im wondering if there is possibility to add a ccm-calendar-cell-date for defining the time?

If I'm not mistaken, that code is from the very tail end of the div for "today" and if you have permission to add events, clicking it will launch an overlay that lets you pick a start and end time and the other details of the new event.
What are you looking to do?
