Deluxe Image Gallery and Slate in conflict over Fancybox?

I can't seem to sort this out. It appears that the theme and the package are calling for Fancybox files. I'm sure I can comment out one set, but I don't know how to determine which one.
C5 - v 5.6.1.2
Slate - v 1.5.2
Deluxe Image Gallery - v 1.6.6

Can you help?

It looks like you're running the latest version of everything, so I'm surprised that this problem is occurring. Can you provide a link to a page on your site where the errors are occurring so I can take a look?
