Just delete the block's folder from your site's top-level "blocks" directory. (If you don't want it to be permanently deleted because you might use it again in the future, then download a copy of it first before removing it from the server).

Nevermind... would have deleted this but Delete link just gives "javascript:void()" even mere seconds after I posted. Seems the forums need a little work.
