Not within the discussion by default, basically the way the add-on works is that each post or reply is actually a normal web page and it uses a concept similar to a "page list" block to create a view that looks like a bulletin board post. So to use this very conversation as an example, we are actually looking at (at least) three pages right now: the 'background' concrete5.org page, your initial post, and my reply.
