Hi Guys

Is the forum block responsive in any way?
What sort of work may be needed to make it fully responsive?

Cheers

Hello,
The display code for the discussion add-on is mostly based around HTML tables, so you might need to do some significant templating to get it to work well with a responsive framework.

If you want to check this out and how it might work for you, there's the add-on demo page over here:

http://discussions.c5host.com

From there you could probably view source on everything and maybe cut / paste as HTML somewhere on your stage site to check out how it works with your theme.

Hi Greg

Thanks for your reply.
I think this time I am going to have to go with an alternative CMS as the cost of adapting it will far outweigh what I could charge.

Any idea if there is any plan to make the addon responsive in future?

Cheers

Totally understandable,

The next version major version of concrete5 (5.7) will include
"conversations" in the core for free, which should be better for responsive
designs.
