Adding displayable, searchable and sortable fields

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Good evening,

I am implementing a website for a non-profit organisation which must contain a library of documents to be viewed, searched and downloaded by the user. I am evaluating different add-ons and I have just bought this one because it is pretty much what I am looking for. I have spent quite a lot of time playing with available demo athttp://doclib2.c5host.com/index.php?cID=1...... but still I have some questions I would appreciate if anyone could answer. I am quite in a hurry so I would enormously appreciate a quick answer.

Here we go:

1) The properties of the files contained in the library include a "Title" field. I need it to be displayable, searchable and sortable. Is this possible?

2) The properties of the files contained in the library do not include an "Author" field. I need it because I will upload reports whose authors I need to be able to display, search and sort. So the "Author" field would need to be displayable, searchable and sortable. Is this possible?

3) I have organizations that have projects, that have documents. Can I arrange this as file sets? With projects and documents would be like that: one file set for each project and inside I will have the documents for each project. But adding the organization level makes me doubt the add-on can provide me with this functionality. Maybe using the tags as organization name?

Thanks in advance
