Can't add products

Hi,
I am installed this in the packages section, and am able to configure it. However when I go to add the block and I click on add product it doesn't do anything. I am using C5 version 5.5.2.1.

Hi Patricia, I checked your page and can't see any JS file from your theme causing the issue. Can you please PM your Dashboard login details and include a link to this ticket so I can easily keep track of it.

Thanks, I received your PM. I found the issue is caused by incorrect file/folder permissions. You can confirm this by viewing the "extend C5"page in your Dashboard:
http://www.nnichols.com/index.php/dashboard/extend/install/...
Notice the icon isn't loading. If you try to load it directly you get a 403 error (http://www.nnichols.com/packages/jb_ecommerce_express/icon.png).
Please ensure your /packages/jb_ecommerce_express folder and subfolders are 755 permissions and files in there are 644. That will get it working correctly.

If you have the email encryption addon installed please uninstall that.
Otherwise please provide a URL so I can take a look to help you troubleshoot it.
