Empty eCommerce shopping cart

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am having a problem emptying my shoping cart on my ecommerce test form. Clicking on the red-circle-slash 'empty shopping cart' icon does not do anything. Clicking on the individual circle-slash icons on each line does not do anything. Changing a line item quantity to 0 only reverts to 1 upon a form refresh.

I've tried emptyoing the cash in Cboth C5 and on various browers with no avail.

Help!

Hi Ron,
That is very strange. I've never heard of anything like that before. It sounds like the JavaScript code isn't running properly. Are there any other blocks on the same page? Can you please provide the URL where you've installed the ecommerce express block so I can test it out?

I am having the same issue of the cart not emptying on a C5.5.0 installation. I've attempted to remove the item by clicking the 'remove' icon for the item as well as changing the item quantity to zero. Neither of these are working.

I appreciate you help in this matter.

I am getting a JavaScript error in jquery.plum.shop.js on line 823: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null

It seems as though in the line
this.shipping = this.price(this.cart.shipping.text().match(/ \((.+)\)$/)[1]);
the result of match is null.

Just my $.02

Hi,
It would be easier if you can please open a new support request for something like this so I can ensure the quickest possible reply.

Can you please provide the URL where you've installed the block so I can help troubleshoot the JS error.

In the meantime, can you please also try a couple things:
1) Open the page in a new private/incognito browser window to see if there's some cached data that's causing the problem; and
2) Ensure the file permissions are correct on your server (for packages/jb_ecommerce_express) - folders should be 755 and files 644.

JB,

1. I tried in an incognito window; it works okay there. Still issues in
normal browser window.
2. All files and folders are 755. Will the files being 755 instead of
644 cause issues?

I will open a support ticket for this.
