Help from the start

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I know this is more than a basic question, but I purchased one cart yesterday, and now cannot find how to put it on my site. I am but a humble, middle aged weaver, trying to build my own website, but the ins and outs are killing me. I have added a few add-ons from Concrete 5, but they seemed pretty intuitive. Help!

Hi

Thanks for purchasing our add-on. You can find our instructional video at the bottom of this pagehttp://c5extras.com/add-ons/ecommerce-express/... and this to install add-ons on Concrete5http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/how_to_install_add_ons_and_the...

Hope that helps.

Thanks for getting back to me. When I go to my project page, all of my other add ons are listed, but I cannot find the one I purchased from you. It is not "awaiting installation" either.

I'm sorry to be so dense, but no matter what I do, including following step by step from the concrete5 video, I cannot locate it.

Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

Have you tried going to your Concrete5 account > Transactions. You should be able to find your licenses purchased there. Otherwise you might want to contact the C5 team since they have most control of the marketplace.

I have, and your add on is listed along with the rest of my add ons, but nothing allows me to get the license. I can download the archive, but have never been to the screen that allows me to get the license. I have also asked for help on concrete5's site, but unless I'm missing something glaringly obvious, I may have to request a refund and try again.

Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

I can send you the file instead and you can install it manually if it's ok with you. Just let me know which email address should I send it to.
