Refund please

I am trying to get this rolling, but theres no where to manage products, and I cannot get the bulk uploader to work on my Concrete5 installation, I just don't think my site is compatible with your scripts. Please refund.

Sorry for the delayed reply we are usually off on weekends. We cannot offer you a refund as our add-on have worked in hundreds of sites. It could be caused by your Concrete5 installation or a faulty upgrade to 5.4. Again, if you could send me your dashboard and ftp login I may be able to help you pinpoint the problem with your installation.
