The eCommerce Express settings have not been set in the Dashboard yet. That must be done before the products can be viewed.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
What it says in the subject line is what it says in the ecommerce express block on my website when I click "Add Block" and choose and ecommerce express block. Please explain what I am supposed to do about this to make it work.

Thank you.

Hi

You need to set the settings in the dashboard first. You can go to you Dashboard > eCommerce Express > Settings and configure the details from there and then save it. Afterwards you need to also fill the other settings

Dashboard > eCommerce Express > Payments
Dashboard > eCommerce Express > Shipping

Does that make sense?

Okay, but I don't see ecommerce express when I click on Dashboard. Is there something I need to open in Dashboard to get me to ecommerce express?

You should be able to see it if you installed that add-on successfully. If you go to your Dashboard page you should see thishttp://screencast.com/t/pccI7ShIQnF...

Does that help?

Unbelievable, it just appeared in my dashboard. It wasn't there before. Why does that seem to keep happening. Anyway, thanks again.

Please don't give up on me, but now I am really confused.

I have gone back to the Home Page and there used to be an option to put in a Sitewide Header Nav block and then an upper and lower Header block. Now only the Sitewide Header Nav block option is there. Am I remembering this wrong?

This seems to have happened since updating the Black Knight theme.

Hi

Sorry for the delay we are usually off on weekends. Anyway, there isn't a Sitewide Navigation Area for the Home page type. If you use the Blog page type then there should be an area for that.

Hope that helps.

Actually, on my Blog page type I only have the option of a Add to Header Nav. Whereas on my Full page type I also have the options of Add to Header Text Top and Add to Header Text Bottom, which is what I was looking for.

I see. So you need a page type that acts like the Home page type sans the navigation. This is not originally how this works but we will create a new page type for your needs.

Hi

I just added a new page type which is called "Classic Page" which should achieve what you require. Kindly upgrade your copy to the latest version.

Hope that helps.
