Q: The FedEX addon Rates seem too high or incorrect, what is wrong with it?

A: The FedEX testing server does not return real rates , hence you must use production credentials to receive real real-time rate quotes.   The testing server is only for making sure everything works from an integration standpoint. 

Q: The addon is not showing <insert shipping type> requests!

A: The FedEx api will return all valid shipping methods for the Source and Destination
