I like your add-on but I have an issue with the In-Field Label option, which is meant to set the content of the form box with what ever you set in the options, I have set it to "Enter your Email Address Here" Which did work fine until I added a customer template to the block. I copied the view.css and view.php to a custom template folder under root/blocks/.

I have styled this and selected the templete on the site but this stops the In-Field Label option from working?

Any idea? Do I need to copy another file to the templetese folder?
