I could see that being useful. For now, you can delete your questions from the Sitemap-- since they're pages, after all.
I don't think we have any plans to develop this add-on further at the moment, since it was built as a development tutorial. However, I think with a little digging it would certainly be possible to extend your copy of it to include a delete button.
