Expand hidden content upwards?

I am looking for a solution exactly like this to hide and expand content, but to have the content slide out upwards instead of downwards. Can this be done with a modification to a certain file in the package?

Custom Templates

I created my own custom template for this, but when I go to edit and apply the template, it says there are no custom templates. I created a 'templates' folder within the root's 'blocks' folder for the package. Any thoughts?
