User Chooses Form Submission Recipient
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello,
I'm interested in this add on but I wanted to see if it would handle the functionality I need. I will be building a contact form. I want the user to be able to say which department they are trying to contact. Based on their selection, the form will submit to that department's email address.
Is the user able to choose the form's recipient?

Ok. I checked out formidable. I see where I could setup various mailings for form submission, but how would I be able to use formidable to send to different people based on what option the user selects.
For example, I want to have a drop down that says Send To: with options Dept 1, Dept 2, Dept 3. When the user selects Dept 2 I want the form to submit to email@dept2.com. If the user selects Dept 3, I want the form to submit to email@dept3.com.
Is that possible?

Hi,
You need to add a "recipient selector" element to the form. This is a selectbox where you can add E-mail Address and value. Then setup a mail with the "send-to" option set to the recipient selector.

Yes, with extended form it can be done.
But may I please redirect you to Formidable? This addon is much better and far more userfriendly.
