IE7 & IE8 Fix - Thanks to the famed LucasAnderson

OK, after some rooting around and whining on the IRC channel LucasAnderson A.K.A ShortGod gave the fix. The elements/header.php file of your theme needs to be modified to incude some additional XML specifications. In my case it was as simple as changing:
to:
and voila! it works now in IE.
Shout out to LucasAnderson!!!
