Do you have a recipient selector in the form?
Or do you have mailing which should mail to 4 individual email addresses?

Yes, I have the recipient selector. The submitter should be able to choose the recipient.
The mailing method has been set up as SMTP in the Concrete5 dashboard. The Formidable form doesn't show in form results after sending.

The basic built-in form works fine.

Ok! That is strange....

The form should be at least saved in the database. Can you check if there is anything in the database saved?

And can you take a look at the logs? See if there is any error there?

Please try to add just a single custom e-mailaddress. Seems there is something wrong with you hosting.

The form does not let me edit the mailings or to save the settings for new mailing. The other thing was that the edit bar disappears when i add the formidable block so i don't think the problem is with the hosting. i've already asked for refund (months ago) without any reaction.

Actually, I am having this problem, using either built-in mail or SMTP. We are using Bluehost for the site. I receive the same error and would love to have you correct it.

I am thinking of buying this form product and my site is also hosted on BlueHost. Did you get the form to work on BlueHost?

Thank you.

A quick search in the forum gives me this post:

Seems a setting in your PHP configuration. Can you check with your host if this is true?
