Hi Kim, we can of course refund this, the reason it will not install is
that you have our theme Urban installed, which already includes Social
Links.

We're a bit confused based on your concrete5 username how you come to have
Urban installed, are you have it, given that you've also purchased Social
Links? We cannot cross reference your username to a marketplace sale, if
you can let us know under which username this was purchased we can relate
the two names in our records for future purposes and expedite a refund.
