From the Front End File Uploader block edit dialog you can set:
- the dimension of the uploader form popup
- the title of the dialog
- a prompt within the dialog
- whether to show file title and description fields
- whether the user has to add file title and description fields
- what feedback is shown on completion of an upload

If you want to add site specific styling to the uploader form, you can create an override for the package element
'/jl_front_end_upoloader/elemsnts/uploader_form.php'

When doing so, take great care not to damage the naming of DOM elements that the JavaScript needs to key on.
