Main Galleria photo not visible

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Client is using Google Chrome and cannot see the main photo on the page. I tested it in Chrome & Firefox and both work for me. I had the client disable all browser extensions and restart Chrome, but nothing changed.

Used to view client's screen and saw the issue. Main photo does not even load on the page. Any suggestions for fixing this issue?
