Twenty Dollars?!

At first I thought, "Well, I'd pay a couple of bucks for this (if it's not free)..." Then I saw it was twenty dollars. Eye rolling commence.

Hi, I purchased this, installed it, and yet when I view source : http://ww2.retirementjobs.com everything still references the local jquery libraries???? Am I missing something ?
