Contacts are the individuals to whom you send messages. Every contact must have a 10-digit phone number (US and Canada only). First and last names are available, but they are optional.

Contacts can be added in one of three ways:

1. Someone texts a keyword to your GTP phone number (see "Groups")
2. You add them individually through the dashboard
3. You upload a CSV file with many contacts to add at once
