Making Hutman News Page Responsive

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Is there a way to make the "News" and "News Archive" page types responsive? Right now I'm finding them to be basically unusable on mobile. Since the main news area does not float under on narrow screens widths, it barely shows on mobile devices. Also, the News Tag area and thumbnails have a hard-coded width, so this adds to the issue. I've had a hard time coming up with a good modification to fix the issue and make the pages responsive. Can anyone help? Thanks!

There are a couple of ways that you can do that.

You can copy the hutman_news.php and hutman_news_archive.php from the /packages/hutman_news/page_types directory to your theme folder, which will override the default and then update the page type files to fit your responsive design styles and classes.

Or

You can add styles to your theme stylesheet for the classes .news-sidebar and .news-body to make the columns behave as you want them to.

The first option is probably the easiest. If you would like us to do this for you please send a PM and we can discuss what exactly you are looking for and the rate to do it.
