Doesn't show up in 5.4.0.5

This installed just fine, and it shows as a currently installed add-on, but does not show up in the list when I try to add it to a page.

Can't add events

Hi, with the default calendar template everything works fine but when I select the ICal template I can't add any events. I click on a day but the events popup (to create an event) doesn't appear. Any suggestions ? thanks

Installer not working

I can download fine but it won't install. Says invalid package or something of the kind. I'd love to use this block but can't get it going! Can you fix when you get a chance? Thanks a million! But the demo looks awesome!
