This is a great add on. However, it would be even better if you could restrict the pages that it searches for. I have a help section on the site and I only want to give results from these search pages. If I could stop it returning the main site pages it would be fantastic.

The instant search add-on works as described and has given me the ability to add some slick search capabilities. Very easy to add and start using immediately.

I did submit a question on the support board, but did not get a reply. Fortunately, I was able to look at the php files and figure it out. Would of like to see some response from developer.

This Instant Search block is very cool and it doesn’t even have a submit button. That’s because as soon as you start typing, the live results for what you have typed so far appear magically in some AJAX inspired wonder.

Even better, apparently you can have the results appear wherever you want on the same page. The block is actually two blocks; one for the search entry and one for the results. So you could have the results appear above your entry as Lucas has on his front page.
