Bootstrap / colorbox issue?

Hello,
We recently converted our old theme to a bootstrap responsive them. We enjoy the calendar plugin and would like to continue using it but its functionally has been affected.

Here are the issues (visuals attached)
1. Close X is missing as well as the right and bottom edge of the Lightbox popup window.
2. In mobile sized screens popup is very small not allowing much more than a few characters to show, there is screen real estate on each side just not being used by the popup.
I am wondering if you have a snipped of code to add to make this better. Please advise. Thank you!
