Auto responder email from job form submission

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, I've had a request from my client whether an automated email can be sent to the submitter email of a the jobs form - containing a confirmation message for example.

Obviously this can't be done wit the standard form block but reading previous discussions here it looks like it is possible to replace the standard form block with an advanced form block form the marketplace with this additional functionality. My question is how to I configure the new form to receive the custom fields for Job title, Job URL and Job ID.

If I just replicated the form fields exactly will this be enough for the form to except these passed-on values or do I have to do some additional coding?
