Jobs Board Add-On Not Showing on Site After Associating

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I purchased the Jobs Board add-on earlier this week and today associated it with the intended website. However, the elements for the add-on are not appearing in the Dashboard and stumped as to why... Therefore, unable to get this add-on incorporated into the website.

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks... tga

This question was posted months ago, so is probably not a question anymore, however if it is still a question....

After associating it, did you download and install it into your dashboard ?

Yes... I am very familiar on adding and installing Add One to a Concrete website... so it was done the correct way... but still have the issue... For some reasons it has to be accessed in a round about way... not the way it states it should be. And a couple pieces of the add on do not work correctly either... The client is using as much as possible but is missing the full benefits.

We would need more information about what is not working. Could you screen cast a video of your screen in a video to show what things look like? You should be able to see a category called job board in the control panel. How are you accessing it now and what features do not work? Have you used this add-on on another site before?

Sometimes uninstallling and reinstalling will fix the issue. The same goes for concrete5. Versions 5.7 and 8 are finicky in the install. I have to reinstall sometimes 3 times for version 8 to work properly. Strange, but true.

So sorry for such a majorly delayed response to this... other priorities took the floor for quite some times... attached is a screen shot of the Jobs Board view from the site it's applied to... the client wants to start deleting some of the postings and it cannot be done because this view is not showing the current postings... How can this be fixed?

Let's start here and I will review my previous questions to hopefully move forward further with other issues found before.

Thanks for the help!

Currently the site in question is on Concrete version 5.2 or 5.3... I have not tried to update any sites to newer versions of Concrete as the first time I tried, it took a site offline and scared me to death... I luckily recovered it... but until I know the correct way to update a site to a more current version, I will not touch them...

The fact that the site is on an older version... could it have something to do with the Job Posting module not working entirely correct?

I responded finally the other day with a screen shot to show how the interface appears... One can get postings added but cannot see the list of them to administrate them... Client needs to get a bunch deleted and it cannot be done without seeing the interface correctly.

Please advise... tga
