is it possible to allow others to post jobs to this job board or does it have to be managed and filled out by the admin?

This kind of thing doesn't come included with the package, but it wouldn't be too hard to have that kind of thing custom developed for you either. If you want to go that route & don't have the development skills yourself, you can ask for quotes within the jobs board on this website.
How much would you charge to add this on to this package or can you direct us where to make this change? We need this added.
