I really like this add-on as an image menu. I was exactly what I was looking for. I like the way I can add my images in as a set and then apply links to each image.

One small issue. . . the english translation of text on the edit windows is a little rough. As appreciation for this add-on, I cleaned it up in the form.php file and attached it here if you would like to update your master file.
