We've been using C5 to create digital display boards at our client locations, and Local Weather is a nice feature to have on these layouts. Sometimes we customize the icons, other we use it right out of the box.

Hope to see this continue to evolve. It's free now, but totally worth $$$.

I've always liked sites that show you the weather where they're at. This block is adept at that. It gives the total rundown of meteorological data via a WeatherBug feed. You can choose your location with city name or zip code. You can choose what is displayed also. So if you don't want to show sunup/sundown times just deselect that option.
Works for anywhere in the world, as far as I can tell. It comes with a set 5 of templates or you can make your own. If you do make your own use the provided 'templates' folder to hold them. Styling is easy with a nice external css file. The view.php file is easily editable too.
Highly recommended.
