Redirect not redirecting

I have several users that need to get redirected to pages when they login. The user information gives me updated number of times that user has logged in, but the user isn't being redirected to any page at all. In fact, the user never leaves the login page.

How is your redirect setup? Can you post some screenshots from the attribute section of the dashboard for the particular user who isn't being redirected properly?
I found what the issue is. I am trying to redirect blog contributors to be able to edit/add to their blogs. I was trying to redirect them to the blog entry page in the dashboard. As long as my redirect isn't to the dashboard, the login redirect works.
