How to export email addresses

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have searched through all the links in the Mailing List and can't find the option to export the email addresses that have registered into each group. Is this because I have allowed anonymous subscribers?
Can they be exported easily via phpmyadmin or am I completely missing a link somewhere to export them?
Thanks

It's on the page within the admin where you create the mailing. Select the group that you want to export, then click the export link.
