thumbnails up top?

Hi!
on the test site (link below), the thumbnails are at the top, but currently on my site they are displayed in the bottom?
is there a way to switch the position of the thumbnails to the top? or even to the left?
also is there away to make the image centered? they seem to naturally position itself to the left.
