Sort with the Most Recent First

Permalink Browser Info Environment
On our site, on the “Publications" page and the "Active Projects” page, when you change the "Sort with the Most Recent First" button to anything else, it will sort – but it still displays "Sort with the Most Recent First.” Then you can’t get back to "Sort with the Most Recent First” with the actual sorting. Thoughts?

Are these dropdowns hardcoded into the template? I noticed a commented out option in the sort dropdown.

The selected option is set while the HTML is being generated, not after the page is loaded. You may need to update your template to 'preselect' the correct option.
