This is an excellent add-on for any small business looking to integrate PayPal functionality into a Concrete5 site. It is easy to use and feature rich. Overall, very well done. I would give it 5-stars, except I think it missing just one option: the ability to have the PayPal window appear in a new window instead of the same window.
