Thank you so much for this plugin! I have also a feature request. It would be cool, if you can click on the page "approve now"!

This is a really useful addon, especially for larger sites with more than 10-20 pages where it would be difficult and not practical to navigate through the site checking for unapproved pages.

It's very useful for a site admin to keep an eye on the Pending Pages dashboard page to make sure all uses have published their content and not just left it unpublished!
