Page not loading

Hello - I have just purchased your Popup extension and i can't seem to get the page to load - followed your tutorial but when i click on my link the loading animation just keeps on spinning with no page being loaded - i have tried full urls and just pointing to the page for example /chart/ both do not work? Am i doing something wrong? see attachment for screen shot

make sure that you're in development mode too, so I can see if any errors are being thrown on that popup request
(btw, you should be using the package's support section, not the questions & discussion section)
