This addon is fairly straightforward.

To use, first install. Then go to a page where you want a quiz, put the page in aedit more, and add the quiz.

In the quiz add form, select options. You can add and delete as many questions as you want.

Possible answers are answers that are wrong, but should be displayed on the quiz as possible choices.

Correct answer is the correct choice. 

Points is the number of points a question is worth.

Explanation is a message to show at the end if the quiz taker gets the problem wrong. This can be an explanation of thinking, steps, or other information that will help your quiz taker get the question right.

Once you add the block to a page and a person takes the quiz, the result is in your dashboard. Simply go to dashboard->quiz

Select the page that the block is on, select the response you want, and you can view what they got wrong and what their total score is.
