Captcha question

Permalink
Hi, the captchas that are coming up are giving my readers a bit of a problem. They come up a mix of lower and upper case letters but when you type them in (regardless of caps lock) they are all upper case and are not always accepted by reader report. Any suggestions? THANKS!

Hello,
I tried a few different things, but I was not able to replicate this problem. So I am uncertain why it is happening on your site. Have you been able to see this on multiple computers? Can you give me a link to the site so I can try it out?

Hi Charlotte,
I submitted a couple tests to the Chesapeake Little League page.

The captcha is actually working fine, but as you described, for some reason the words are all getting capitalized and it is confusing. I suggest getting in touch with the original developer of your site, as this is probably something to do with the theme or perhaps the collapsible portion of the page where the review block is contained.

Now that I look at it, I suspect it has something to do with the cuzto theme. It appears that the forms.css has the following rule:
input.ccm-input-captcha {
  text-transform: uppercase;
}

That makes it difficult to see what you've typed in. So if you open a support ticket for his theme he should be able to get that straightened out with you.
