Its very easy to install & setup. Just install the add-on and go to a page. Then simply add the add-on block anywhere in the page. You can either add this to the header area, or in main area. You need to put your twitter account username while adding the block.

The proper syntax of adding the username is like: somename

The wrong syntax: @sometwitterone

Note: You shouldn't put @ before the username.
