I installed the add-on together with the 'calendar-funtion' - works perfectly and is really easy to use.
Would be great, if you could click on a Day in Calendar and it would open a new event...

I´ve got two Projects running this Add-on and I like it very much. I just put a "listview" on my public site and generated a separate "editsite" to handle my events as admin. Easy going!

I got this for a client, but found that explaining how to add the events was not intuitive for an end user, and by needing to add a new page for event the system gets clogged pretty quickly with too many pages. Maybe either choose his more full featured event add-on or the add-on called Items Calendar.

Update: intrigued by the idea of using it with Composer. Can see how it may be easier.

Aptly named, simple to implement and use. I appreciate that the event listings will expire but I was concerned it would be challenging to modify the CSS to match my client's site. Pleasantly, that was not the case. Several of my clients are Yoga studios and the like who offer regular workshops. This add-on is perfect for that use, I'm sure I'll end up purchasing multiple licenses. I might like to remove the calendar icon and instead just have the date in text for one site, but I'm thinking I'll be able to figure it out. (My background is design/content, not development.) I added this add-on to my website, and it just worked like a charm. - It's simple and i hope there will be added some new features too it in the future, but as for now it fits my needs.

I've been working on a church website that requires having multiple/different event listings and an easy way for non-tech savvy editors to add events to the website but not have to remember to remove the event from the website when the event passes. This add-on does the trick. Very easy to use and the latest update solves some previous IE CSS issues. This is a great add-on and is super cheap.
