Error mysql with site crashed HELP!!

I am getting this error and I can't get into the dashboard. I have tried deleting the package via ftp and it still comes up with an error. Any ideas how I can clear this via phpMyadmin?

it seems you have downloaded Social Icons Pro in 2012, anything can have happened since that has nothing to do with the package.
Can you describe what happened lately just prior tot he problem? Any update, any new content added, anything from your host?
