Specify uniform size for thumbnails - Sortable Fancybox Gallery?

I am new to creating websites. The Sortable Fancybox Gallery add in description said you could customize the size of the thumbnails. How do I specify the size the thumbnails display and ensure that all thumbnails display in the same size. Ie...all the thumbnails are of uniform size? Where do I go to do that?

Hard to say what the problem there is. The 2nd screenshot you attached looks like the styles are very strange, and there are no checkboxes next to the options on the right side of the dialog box... so I'm guessing some css of javascript in your theme or in another addon is interfering with this.
