This addon crashes concrete vs 5.5.1

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I started using this package a few months ago. When i went in to make changes to the website, concrete stopped working. Essentially every mouse-over stopped working including click to edit. After spending several days going back to a very old backup and reinstalling concrete, I was back up and running.

An example of a spectacular failure is trying to click on download multiple files in file manager. The screen comes up unformatted and unusable.

I made changes to the site and waited for customer final input. When I went back in today, the website was failing again. Long story short, when I uninstalled the add-on, concrete started working again. It continued to work after re-installing the add-on.

I am guessing that some sort of data logging in my-sql may be trashing the concrete environment and/or some environment changes are made to his php files.

I have tried to contact the author on another matter, and he doesn't respond back.

Any feedback would be appreciated

hey there. sorry to hear you were having trouble with the package. do you have a link to the other thread you said I didn't respond to? I do try to reply to most customers questions, but some weeks get kind of busy where I get a bit backed up with help requests and end up missing a few. Anyway, in regards to your issue with the stats package, if it's working now it might be hard to diagnose what the original issue was. If you do start seeing issues again, try posting a link here so I can take a look. I should be able to tell from that whether it's some kind of javascript error or something else stalling out on the backend. I haven't heard of any other users having an issue like this though, so definitely curious as to what was going on with your site.

thanks - Tony
