Provides templates for turning RSS Displayer and Pagelist blocks into an animated news ticker.

It will "type" out each page title letter-by-letter, and provides controls to pause/play, and arrows to move between stories. 

To implement, just stick a RSS displayer or pagelist block on your page, click the block, choose "Custom Template", and choose the "Ticker" template.
