This add-on installs a custom template for the RSS Displayer and Page List blocks. To use it, follow these directions:

1. First place a RSS Displayer or Page List block on your page, setting it up to display the feed or pages you'd like.
2. Then, apply the custom template. With the page in edit mode, click the block you just added and select Custom Template. Select "Ticker" from the dropdown menu and click Save. Your block will now be displayed with the ticket effect.
