This add-ons could backup and restore form items that made by "Tomoac Form 5".

When you uninstall and install for "Tomoac Form 5", old form could not use it.

Befor uninstall, you could backup to server and download your pc, after re-install new "Tomoac Form 5" you will restore old form items as new.

Also you could append items although restore to your another blocks.

This function is included latest "Tomoac Form 5 (Version 0.9.4.6"). However, before install or update to latest version I recomend backup on this tools.
