Witwag Doesn't work, do I have a old version?

Dear sir/madam,

I've just downloaded and installed WITWAG Tag Cloud. I have followed the instruction video:http://screencast.com/t/Knu0lEo71vUi...

But when I insert my tags, they will not show up on my website. What am I doing wrong?

Also my menu is different as the menu from the instruction video (see attachment).

Can anyone help me further?

Hi Bart,

Well the first image does not appear to be witwag tag cloud. I think you are using Tag Cloud addon by Matogertel.

Those two addons are not linked. If you want to use Witwag Tag Cloud, you must use the button on the left columnn named "Tag Cloud - Create and manage tags" to access the treeview in the tag cloud and from there set your tags. Witwag Tag Cloud does not use Concrete5 tagging system, which did not exist when we coded that addon.

If it still does not work, send me a PM with your website address and concrete5 login, I'll look into it.

Do you happen to use Miser on your site ? Fromhttp://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/miser-web-...
I installed miser 1.7.1 on the witwag demo site, and for some reason the Flash rendering wont be displayed, resulting in no tag cloud.

So if you are using Witwag tag cloud, you cannot use Miser until the bug is found...

Just a follow-up in case anyone is reading this, Bart gave me the URL to his site and I managed to install the block on home page without any problems. Havent received any news from him but seen from here there was strictly no problem.
